We provide cash on delivery within 12-24 hours in Faridpur, Faridpur Upazila and Sadar Upazila areas. We deliver to other districts of the country through courier service. Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
If the full amount of the medicine order is paid in advance and the order is canceled for any reason, he will get a full refund within 7 working days through BKash.
If the purchased medicines are intact, we exchange the medicines within 7 days. No used strips/bottles are returned.
If the medicine needs to be returned due to a change in prescription, we provide an exchange of the medicine as per the doctor's new prescription within 1 month of purchase. In that case, both prescriptions (previous and recent) should be submitted for company records. Frozen items of any kind (such as injections, insulin, etc.) are not returnable under any circumstances. When we accept returned drugs, the price of the returned order will be adjusted to the next order.
In case of return/ exchange of medicine-
If the customer returns a drug after delivery or requires an exchange of the delivered drug, the cost of the returned or exchanged drug will be adjusted against his next order. Cost cannot be adjusted through cashback. The cost can only be adjusted against the next order, eg a person wants to return two strips of medicine costing 100 tk. If his next order amount is 1000 tk, he will pay (1000-100) = 900 tk for his next order.
In case of full advance payment (Medicine)- If the full amount of the medicine order is advanced and the order is canceled due to any reason then he will get full refund within 7 working days through BKash.
